Application Process

You can apply for any Jet2.com or Jet2holidays role right here on our Careers Site. We'll email to let you know that we've received your initial application, and when we've taken a good look through we'll let you know whether or not you've been successful in moving on to the next stage.

If you have been successful at this stage, you have been successful and depending on the role you've applied for, we'll phone or email to invite you to attend an interview or an assessment centre. We'll give you all the details about time, location and any preparation you might need to do beforehand.

As part of our interview and assessment process, you'll be asked to complete some online tests and we'll want to get to know more about you and of course you get to know more about us. If you are successful at this stage and you want to come and join us then congratulations! We'll be in touch to make you a formal offer.

Pilot - Application Process

When we have received and reviewed your application, we will contact you to conduct a telephone screen and arrange for you to complete some online assessments. If you are successful at this stage we will then invite you to one of our Pilot Recruitment assessment days.

The day will start with a short presentation about our business, followed by a group exercise and a face-to-face interview. Our Pilot Recruitment Team will be on hand to chat with you and answer any questions you may have. After the assessment day, if you have been successful, we will arrange for a Simulator assessment. Once this has been completed successfully, we will let you know if we'd like you on board.

Cabin Crew - Application Process

After receiving your online application and successfully passing both verbal and numerical tests, we'll invite you to undertake a video interview. If that goes well, we'll ask you to come along to an assessment day. We aim to make the day as fun and relaxed as possible as it's important to make sure we get the best out of you.

The day will start with a short presentation about our business, followed by you taking part in a couple of group exercises. If we spot that special spark in you, you'll be invited to stay on for a one-to-one interview. Our Cabin Crew colleagues will also be there to chat with you and answer any questions you have throughout the day.

We'll let you know as soon as we can after the assessment day whether we'd like to welcome you on board.

If you are successful, which of course we hope you will be, you must be able to obtain an Airside Security Pass to work at the airport. In order to do this, you will need to provide 5 full years' employment history and have an up to date Criminal Record Check completed for the UK and any other country you have lived in for over 6 months (in the last 5 years). Please make sure you have all the information ready.

Ground Operations - Application Process

After we receive your online application, which includes verbal and numerical assessments and if we think you have the right experience, we'll invite you to a telephone interview. If you successfully fly through your telephone interview, you'll then be invited to attend one of our assessment days. We'll also make sure this is close to the base for which you have applied. The assessment day will include a friendly presentation to tell you more about Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, as well as about our vacancies.

You'll then take part in a group exercise and a one to one competency based interview. This can take up to 4 hours in total, including registration. We will have plenty of Ground Operations colleagues on hand to answer any questions you may have and talk to you about our vacancies.

We aim to make the day as fun and relaxed as possible as it's important to make sure we get the best out of you.

If you are successful, which of course we hope you will be, we will be in touch regarding a start date and induction.

For our vacancies based in the UK, you must be able to obtain an Airside Security Pass to work at the airport. Overseas Reps - Application Process

After receiving your online application and successfully passing your on-line verbal and numerical tests, we'll invite you to undertake a video interview. If successful at this stage, we'll invite you along to an assessment day.

On the day, we will be assessing your ability to work successfully as part of a Team and we will be keen to explore your previous work experience in a one-to-one interview. During your time with us, our Overseas Reps colleagues will be there to chat with you and answer any questions you have. Don't worry - we try to keep things as relaxed as possible!
