Reporting to the General Manager - Customer Experience Marketing, the Marketing Executive – Inflight will plan and deliver all marketing support required to fulfill the ambitious revenue objectives of our market-leading inflight retail product. We require a marketing plan that drives awareness of our inflight retail offer, using opportunities to change customer behaviours.
The job holder will develop and coordinate the roll out of a marketing plan, ensuring all channels are accurately utilised in a timely manner. As part of the role, the job holder will develop new ways of communicating the quality, value, availability and range of our inflight product with compelling pre-marketing to our customers. This position oversees logistics in the supply and delivery of printed onboard material (e.g. inflight menus), the timely development of our onboard announcements and Jet2Radio. Finally, the role will facilitate brand-led sign-off of Inflight Retail content reproduced in all touchpoints along the journey.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar marketing role preferably within travel or retail sector, with a proven track record in planning & delivering and the success of the customer experience and physical/retail branding. You should have a strong creative flair and a commercial outlook coupled with a love or interest in marketing. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, possess excellent organisational skills. You will be a strong communicator with the confidence to present to key stakeholders.
